Gowns of this style were seen as early as William I (1066-1154).
Similar styles were seen later, more often as undergowns, worn beneath surcoats, sideless gowns, corsages and other overgowns.
This gown features a wide scoop neckline, which can be left plain or accented with trim
and braids. The long sleeves are tapered to a snug fit at the wrist. Many medieval sleeves either partially or
completely covered the hands, but this can be adjusted to your individual desire.
Prices begin at $200 depending on fabrics and trims selected.
