This short waisted Italian style gown was created for the
"Optomistic" music video on the "Garnet" CD.
The bodice neckline features piping and the softly gathered
sleeves are made from patterned velvet embellished with crossing lines of gold embroidery.
There are over 600 4mm glass pearls individually sewn to each
embroidery intersection. The skirt is trimmed with embroidered medieval style crosses, with additional glass pearls
and over 100 3mm gold beads. A matching "Juliet" cap tops the outfit.
The model is wearing the gown over a renaissance style corset,
but the corset is optional for this style dress.
Prices for a simple version of this gown begin at $250 depending on fabrics and
trims selected. The example shown is priced at $1500 due to custom embroidery and beadwork.
