This dress has a bodice which
features a flange trimmed with piping, satin ribbons, and gimp braid. The angles of the flange, combined with the
full sleeves, emphasis the popular hourglass figure and slim waist.
The fully-lined bodice is fitted by means of vertical
darts and is attached to a gathered skirt. The sleeves are gathered into a wide cuff which are closed with buttons.
The neckline and cuffs are also trimmed with piping.
A separate belt is has coordinating trim and
is tied into a bow in the back
You may choose to close the gown with hooks & eyes, grommets with lacing, buttons,
or an invisible zipper.
It should be worn over a hoopskirt and petticoats, which are sold separately.
